Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation
As a Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation, you will be a key member in our growing marketing function at Indicee. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing our lead generation campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. Additionally, we are looking for a driven individual who can drive sales pipeline across key target SMB markets by planning and implementing programs that drive high volume and quality results through cost effective methods. You will be responsible for using your creative ideas to create and implement marketing strategies to promote the Indicee brand and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, implement and manage business lead generation marketing campaigns
- Increase sales pipeline by targeting key SMB markets and establishing lead generating programs
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Investigate and analyze different target audiences to develop specific messaging and best outreach methods to maximize effectiveness
- Writing case studies, newsletters, website content and any other marketing-related materials
- Attend trade shows and external events representing and promoting the Indicee brand and services
Work Experience:
- 5 years experience in a Marketing role
- Expertise in the full cycle of lead generation marketing campaigns from planning and developing stage to implementation and management
- Experience in Business software industry is a plus
- Previous experience writing press releases, case studies, and other marketing material is essential
- Experience in using Salesforce.com or other CRM package to capture and track leads
- Experience implementing Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing strategies is a plus
Education/Qualifications:
- College or University degree in Marketing preferred
- Proven track-record of successful demand and lead generation programs with high-ROI
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Deep understanding of different target audience, specific messaging and best outreach methods
- Understanding of SEM and SEO is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for technology and an ability to relate technology to business
