Information we collect
- Personally identifiable data: Indicee collects your first and last name, email address, company name, title, phone number, password and perhaps other Personally Identifiable data when you choose to provide this information for a specific purpose on our site, including registering for our service. We also collect your credit card if you choose to upgrade. This can be Profile Information and this information is used for log-in purposes and is never revealed to other Users (except by you). You can update your profile information such as name, company name, title, phone number and password by logging into your account, and going to “My Stuff” and then “My Profile”. We may also collect these types of personally identifiable data if you contact us regarding our products or service or schedule a demo. We will additionally ask for your address when you choose to request more information regarding our partnership program. - Privacy firewall: The information you submit to Indicee is divided into two categories: Public and Private.
- Public data includes your Profile Information (i.e., your display name, industry, and personal icon, if you have provided one) and any User-Generated Data in the form of comments or questions that you openly contribute to publicly-accessible forums. If you use a discussion forum, blog or chat room on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. We also have testimonials and case studies on our site. It’s one of the most valuable benefits of using Indicee.
How your information is used
- We may use your Profile Information to provide the services you’ve requested, including services that include your own customized content.

Service Providers
We use other third parties to provide credit card processing and email services on our site. When you sign up for these services, we will share your personal information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Security
- The security of your personal information is important to us. We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Re-Targeted Advertising
Re-Targeted advertising uses information collected on an individual’s web browsing behavior such as the pages they have visited or the searches they have made. This information is then used to display ads. The information collected is only linked to an anonymous cookie ID (alphanumeric number); it does not include any information that could be linked back to a particular person, such as their name, address or credit card number. The information used for targeted advertising either comes from Indicee or through third party website publishers. Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
