  • Personally identifiable data: indicee collects your full name, email address, and password when you register for our service.  This is Profile Information and this information is used for log-in purposes and is never revealed to other Users (except by you).
  • Privacy firewall: The information you submit to indicee is divided into two categories: Public and Private.
    • Public data includes your Profile Information (i.e., your display name, industry, and personal icon, if you have provided one) and any User-Generated Data in the form of comments or questions that you openly contribute to publicly-accessible forums.
    • Private data is comprised of Business Data that you upload to the site. You can share this data with other Users on a voluntary basis. indicee will remove all identifiable information about your business, then combine that data with hundreds of other anonymous Users in similar industries and report aggregate trends. This lets you benchmark your performance against comparable organizations, while still protecting the confidentiality of your personal and business information. It’s one of the most valuable benefits of using indicee.

How your information is used

  • We may use your Profile Information to provide the services you’ve requested, including services that include your own customized content.
  • We may from time to time send you an email to update you on system information, service changes or to solicit your feedback.
  • We use aggregate and non-personally identifiable data for benchmarking and reporting broad industry trends.
  • We may share aggregate non-personally identifiable data with third parties outside of indicee in such forms as research reports, white papers, or articles.
