Indicee gives you the choice of sharing individual reports or an entire data mart with a group. Sharing a data mart lets group members explore the data and create their own reports. This is ideal for empowering departments or teams around data. Sharing a report lets group members see that particular report, but not change it.  Once you have the reports and information needed to solve your problem, the next step is to communicate the results. Indicee dashboards let you pull together up to four reports in a single view that you can share among groups.

Collaborate with colleagues, clients–whoever you like

The seamless integration of comments in Indicee applications simplifies the collaboration process. Use comments to share notes with clients and colleagues. You can add comments to any shared question and easily see the responses from others. You can also create a discussion within your group.

Export

You may want to reuse all that good information you’ve gleaned from an Indicee data mart. So Indicee reports can be easily exported back into Excel or PDF so they can be used for other puposese, such as publications and presentations.

Manage access and ensure data integrity with private and public groups

Private groups provide companies with a secure environment to share corporate data and reports. When you set up a private group, Indicee gives you complete control over the group’s membership. Users must receive an invitation from you to join and you can remove a user at any time.

If you have information that you want to share with the world, create a public group. Your group will be available for all Indicee users to join. Public groups are ideal for open collaboration among peers, sharing data from public sources or for businesses wanting to share information with customers.
